Do You Know the Benefits of Walking?

Dunham Public Library Modified Walking Club Program: Join us online for a free, nonjudgmental walking program. About every other day, members will receive emails with a link to multi-muscle, walking based, aerobic exercise videos consisting of four basic steps.
