Enjoy an Ongoing Program: Tai Chi

4:30 – 5:30 PM

Come and learn a 3000 year old series of slow, gentle movements proven to help balance, arthritis, and relaxation. Individual instruction for beginners is provided at each class. All are welcome. Please join us for this free class.  For more information, call or stop by the library.
