Sponsored by the Central New York Library Resources Council (CLRC), the Library of the Year award will be awarded to the library that exemplifies excellence across a variety of markers. Nominees will not be judged on quantity of nominations, but rather the substance of those nominations. Winners will receive a plaque and will be awarded a banner to hang in their library for the year.
The Central New York Library Resources Council provides support, programs and advocacy, resulting in stronger libraries and communities across CNY.
