What We Are Reading, Listening to and Viewing
Monthly we will be publishing a listing of the most circulated titles within the library for the previous month. There are six categories with the top "seller" being listed first in each category and the number of times that title has been checked out. Perhaps you might be interested in reading, listening to or viewing these resources as well.

Communication Direct to Your Inbox
Dunham Public Library, in cooperation with other area libraries and the Mid York Library System, is offering a new service. You can receive an email when items are ready for pickup at the library and also receive a courtesy reminder email three days before items are due.

Dunham Public Library is pleased to announce the winners of its Poetry Contest in celebration of National Library Week. At a reception held at the Library on Wednesday, April 21, the following poets were honored for their submitted original works: Category 1: For children aged 9 to 17 First Prize: Ben Goerner - Title: Where Do I Go? Category 2: Adults aged 18 and over First Prize: Glenn Miley - Title: Rusted in One Direction
First prize was a Barnes & Noble gift certificate for $60 and second prize was a Barnes & Noble gift certificate for $40. The prizes were donated by the Friends of Dunham Public Library. The reception was attended by many local dignitaries including Oneida County Legislator William Goodman, who spoke about how local communities need their libraries more than ever. |
